Trebon Was Right!

From Washington, D.C., to Helena, abortion has recently re-entered the public discussion ... from confirmation hearings for the Supreme Court to Carroll College, where the college's president was slammed for denying access to Planned Parenthood.The attack on President Trebon is rightly understood as having no legitimate basis.

There is no abortion right. Rights are granted not by governments, but by the Almighty.That only God grants rights, was a fact understood and clearly articulated by the founders. They listed first and chief among them the Right to Life. While governments may attempt to grant rights, truly they cannot, particularly if these "rights" contradict divine principles. The truly legitimate function of government is to protect and preserve divinely granted rights.God has revealed his mind in the holy writ. Find in it, if you can, where God grants an abortion right. Well, we're waiting.

Planned Parenthood is the largest "provider" of abortions. When Trebon denied Planned Parenthood access to Carroll, he was consistent with 2 John 10: "If anyone comes to you and does not bring this teaching, do not receive him into your house or give him any greeting."
